Materials We Use
Quality, Sustainability, and Precision
INFUSE Furniture integrates sustainably sourced hardwoods, advanced engineered timber, and premium imported components to create world-class pieces. Our manufacturing process is strictly FSC-certified, ensuring every piece of timber originates from responsibly managed forests that prioritize biodiversity and local communities.
Core Materials & Engineering
We utilize a strategic mix of natural and engineered woods to ensure both aesthetic beauty and structural integrity:
- Solid Hardwoods: Our primary structures feature kiln-dried German Beech, North American Red Oak, and select accents of Mahogany or Teak.
- Engineered Excellence: To prevent warping and maximize durability, we utilize:
- Veneered MDF: High-density fiberboard finished with natural wood veneers.
- Melamine-Faced Chipboard (MFC): Ideal for internal partitions and kitchen cabinetry.
- Plywood: Utilized for its superior strength-to-weight ratio in our signature Bentwood designs.
- Particle Board: Sustainably manufactured in-house using recycled wood offcuts and sawdust.
Upholstery & Comfort
Every seating element is designed for long-term ergonomics and luxury:
- Premium Fabrics: We source high-performance upholstery from China and India, specifically chosen for superior wear resistance and colorfastness.
- Integrated Foam Production: Our high-resilience foam is produced in-house. In our pursuit of a circular economy, we repurpose foam scraps into high-quality rebounded mattresses.
- Specialized Finishes: We offer high-grade Rexine and Leather options tailored for executive office environments and residential seating.
Finishing & Hardware
The "INFUSE" difference lies in the details. We use robotic application systems to ensure a flawless, human-error-free finish.
- Lacquers: We exclusively use eco-friendly Italian UV and Polyurethane (PU) lacquers, providing a low-toxicity, high-clarity protective coating.
- Hardware: We partner with globally renowned brands like Häfele, Blum, and Hettich for all precision fittings, including sliders, hinges, and locks.
- Accents: Our designs are complemented by industrial-grade Mild Steel frames and Tempered Glass surfaces.
Commitment to Sustainability
Our "Zero-Waste" philosophy is backed by actionable green technology:
- Renewable Energy: Our production facility is powered by a 2.67 MW solar project.
- Waste Conversion: Wood dust is compressed into fuel briquettes for energy, while fabric remnants are repurposed for boutique projects.
